One of Phoenix’s most beloved family-owned restaurants, Miracle Mile Deli, is celebrating 76 years in business this May with a week of nostalgic pricing, giveaways, and a sweet deal on gift cards just in time for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduations and teacher appreciation season.
From May 5–10, customers can enjoy a $19.49 sandwich-and-pie combo special, a nod to the year Miracle Mile Deli opened in 1949. Guests can choose from the Deli’s legendary sandwiches the Pastrami, Straw, New Yorker, or Combo with a side and pair it with a slice of homemade pie for just $19.49.
Every purchase during the celebratory week also includes a free entry to win one of three $100 Miracle Mile Deli gift cards with additional entries for each purchase.
“Being part of the Phoenix food scene for more than seven decades is something we’re incredibly proud of,” said Josh Garcia, manager of Miracle Mile Deli. “We’ve seen the city grow and change, but our commitment to quality food and warm hospitality has stayed the same. This celebration is our way of saying thank you to the community that continues to support local, family-run businesses.”
The anniversary comes at a time when supporting locally owned restaurants is crucial. With national chains expanding and costs rising, longtime Phoenix institutions like Miracle Mile Deli represent great food, community, legacy, and local resilience.
To keep the love going beyond Anniversary Week, the deli is offering a "Moms, Dads, Grads & Teachers" Gift Card Special from May 1 through June 15. Purchase $100 in gift cards for only $75. It’s the perfect gift for those who helped you through the year or for yourself to enjoy a summer of stacked sandwiches and scratch-made meals.
